BRIEF SYNOPSIS

“Leadership Through Civility” is a comprehensive program designed to equip managers and leaders with the knowledge and tools to foster respectful workplace cultures. Participants will explore the definition and impact of workplace civility, examining compelling research that demonstrates how incivility spreads like a contagion, significantly affecting productivity, turnover, and team engagement. The workshop delves into the true business costs of incivility while providing practical frameworks for identifying and addressing uncivil behaviours. Leaders will gain insight into their pivotal role in setting the tone for organizational culture, learning to recognize their own blind spots and bridge perception gaps among team members.
