What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept secure online payments via Stripe (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Interac e-Transfer, and invoice payment. We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
What is your cancellation policy for in-person training?
Can I get a refund for online courses?
- Live online training is non-refundable except in extreme, exceptional circumstances. Self-paced (pre-recorded) online courses are non-refundable, and all purchases are final.
How do coaching calls work?
- For coaching calls, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Once payment is received, you can select an available date and time. Payment covers one 60-minute session, and no-shows forfeit full payment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, while earlier cancellations receive a full refund.
Do you offer custom training for businesses?
- Yes, we offer custom-designed courses tailored to specific client needs. We charge a nominal course design fee, which is non-refundable but can be redeemed against the final investment if the custom course goes ahead.
Are your training sessions recorded?
- Most courses are not recorded for the privacy of our clients. Some courses may be recorded by us, which will be explicitly stated before registration. Participants are prohibited from recording any class, seminar, webinar, or workshop unless specific permission has been granted.
What happens if I'm late to a training session?
- For in-person training, the instructor will leave, and no refund will be offered for participants who fail to show up after 40 minutes without notification. For online training, if a participant fails to show after 10 minutes without notice, the instructor will disconnect, and no refund will be given unless there are exceptional circumstances.
An amendment charge may be applied, especially if the course instructor has turned down other work for the original date(s) booked.
- Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For individual training and live online masterclass courses, your payment may be transferred to a future course date if space is available and arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
